• 儲存平台管理（Storage Platform Ownership）
• 管理分散式儲存系統（Ceph、MinIO等）
• 管理 Object Storage（S3 API、Replication、Lifecycle）
• 管理 Block Storage（NFS / NVMe-oF）
• 管理和優化存取路徑（IO path、network path、CPU path）

• 效能調校與瓶頸分析（Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting）
• 分析 slow ops、PG stuck、OSD latency spike
• 排查 NVMe/SSD/SAS disk 效能問題
• 分析叢集資源使用率（IOPS、throughput、latency）
• 進行 fio/vdbench 之效能測試
• 設計 storage placement / EC / Replication 策略

• 高可用與可靠度設計（Availability & Durability）
• 設計 multi-zone、multi-region storage replication
• 建構資料冗餘模型（Erasure Coding / Replication）
• 設計 Failure Domain、Anti-affinity、Recovery 策略
• 建立 DR / HA / Self-healing 機制
• 撰寫儲存平台 HLD/LLD、SOP、Failover 流程

• 儲存事件處理（Incident Response & RCA）
• 處理儲存相關 P1 / P0 級事件
• 進行 root cause analysis（RCA）
• 與 NOC / Cloud / Network / Infra 協作事件調查
• 提供改進方案與防止再發措施
• 建立儲存監控與預警規則（Prometheus / Grafana / Loki）

• (加分) 自動化與工具（Automation & Tools）
• 使用 Ansible / Terraform 進行儲存部署與升級
• 撰寫自動化工具（Python / Go / Shell）
• 建立 storage lifecycle 工具（deploy / expand / patch / audit）
• 內部管理工具 API 整合、日誌分析工具開發

• 容量規劃（Capacity Planning）
• 進行 IOPS/Throughput/LAT 模型預估
• 建立 TB/IOPS 成本模型（Cost Model）
• 與硬體團隊協作（Server/NVMe/HBA/NIC 選型）
• 規劃未來 6–12 個月的 cluster growth 與擴容策略

• 熟悉 Linux（Kernel、IO Scheduler、NUMA）
• 熟悉網路架構（LACP、Bonding、VLAN、MTU、RDMA/RoCE）
• 能使用 fio / vdbench / perf / iostat / bpftrace
