Senior Store Operations Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE:

At Insomnia Cookies, warm cookies are just the beginning.

As a Senior Store Operations Manager, overseeing San Francisco & East Bay you’re the steady hand across multiple bakeries, building the teams, culture, and consistency that make our bakeries run night after night. Overseeing multiple bakeries, you'll bring your hospitality instincts and business acumen to every location, developing bakery teams to deliver the experience that keeps our fans coming back.

Our bakeries move fast, especially after the rest of the world has called it a night. This role is for ambitious, high-performing leaders ready to step up from running one great bakery to building something bigger, the kind of opportunity that offers real training, mentorship, and a clear path toward multi-unit leadership.

If you love developing great people, thrive on the energy of a growing business, and want your fingerprints on the success of more than one bakery, you'll fit right in.
