    • Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, strategic prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and full-cycle selling.
    • Experience selling solutions that involve technology infrastructure, APIs, integrations, software platforms, or complex operational workflows.
    • Ability to engage confidently with sophisticated healthcare and technology buyers and explain technical concepts in commercially compelling terms.
    • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including familiarity with regulatory complexity, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder decision-making.
    • Proven ability to build trust and influence across executive, operational, technical, clinical, and procurement stakeholders.
    • Highly persistent and resilient, with the ability to navigate lengthy sales cycles, regulatory barriers, complex procurement processes, and other obstacles without losing momentum.

    • Strong consultative problem-solving skills, with the ability to uncover customer pain points and translate them into practical solution strategies.
    • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, including maintaining strong data hygiene and accurate sales forecasting.
