Senior Strategic Investment Manager

You will research AI-related industries, identify strategic investment and acquisition opportunities, evaluate target companies, conduct due diligence, develop financial forecasts and valuation models, execute transactions, and support post-investment strategic collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Research technology trends, competition, and business models in large language models, AI applications, and AI healthcare.
• Identify strategically valuable companies and startup teams and develop relationships with founders, investors, and industry experts.
• Evaluate investment, acquisition, and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Conduct industry, product, team, commercial, and financial analysis and coordinate due diligence.
• Develop financial forecasts and valuation models, identify risks, and prepare investment decision materials.
• Execute investment and acquisition transactions, including structuring, negotiations, approvals, agreements, and closing.
• Track portfolio company progress and drive post-acquisition integration and strategic collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, science, engineering, medicine, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic investment, VC/PE, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, or a related field.
• Experience participating in investment or acquisition projects and independently handling analysis and key execution work.
• Deep knowledge of the AI industry and ability to connect technology capabilities, product value, and commercialization.
• Industry research, financial analysis, and valuation modeling skills.
• Ability to source projects, build trusted relationships, manage projects, and coordinate across teams.
• English working proficiency and cross-border project experience are preferred.
