What you do

Author rock-solid strategy products with light touches from your team leaders

  • Make your own plans of attack to start well.
  • Crush the everyday deliverables like briefs and activation ecosystems, and contribute meaningfully to bigger ones.
  • Crush scrappy primary research of all kinds.
  • Use our syndicated and AI tools like a pro.
  • 4-6 years experience

Actively shape the post-brief creative development journey

  • Collaborate with creatives to develop work that works with a mix of friendly pushes and strategic ‘gifts’—like lowercase ‘i’ insights and media best practices.
  • Begin collaborating with agency partners.
  • Dip your toe in running workshops and jam sessions.

Start building high-trust relationships with clients

  • Present your work with passion and authority, and field questions with active listening and crisp responses.
  • Communicate directly with client peers.

Learn to teach and mentor

  • Know how to identify your working style and needs, and to identify it in people who work with / manage.
  • Practice teaching on the spot, practice giving feedback at every occasion.
  • Practice making project plans to organize your time and others’ well.
