Senior Structural Drafter / Revit Technician

BG&E is an international design consultancy with offices in Singapore, Australia, the Middle East, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Our engineering services in corporates designs for infrastructure, building, structures, civil engineering, facades and construction support.

The successful candidate will be capable of working independently to prepare structural engineering drawings and models in Revit and AutoCAD to client and company standards. Documentation will range from concept to detailed designs for BCA submissions, client submissions to construction documentation. You will be experienced in structural engineering drafting and modelling as it relates building type structures, including permanent and temporary works and will have the organizational skills necessary to independently complete all types of building structures.

Required Qualifications:

· Diploma in Engineering (Structural & Civil) or equivalent.

· Approx. 8 years or more relevant experience in structural engineering drafting /modelling of building type structures, with experience in delivery of building projects located in Singapore.

· Proficient in software such as Autodesk REVIT Structures and AutoCAD. Experience in Navisworks and MicroStation would be an advantage.

· Knowledge and experience in Singapore BCA BIM delivery standards and practices.

· Ability to assist in the development and mentoring of junior colleagues.

· Ability to liaise with stakeholders internally and externally

· Strong communication skills, teamwork and self-motivation
