The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of our healthcare construction projects. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating field operations across multiple medical office projects, ensuring each one is delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to Cornerstone’s high standards of quality and professionalism.
As a key leader within our Construction Division, the Senior Superintendent serves as the primary field representative, fostering collaboration among subcontractors, design teams, clients, and internal project managers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in building spaces that directly support healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Direct and supervise daily field operations on multiple active construction sites.

Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, safety requirements, and quality expectations.

Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams, promoting accountability and collaboration.

Maintain strict compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.

Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reviews with all stakeholders.

Proactively identify potential delays or issues and implement corrective actions.

Support quality control, punch list management, and project closeout activities.

Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff to build future leadership talent.

Represent Cornerstone professionally with clients, architects, and regulatory officials.
