Job Description
Oversee daily construction site operations and project activities.
Manage and coordinate workers, manpower deployment and site arrangements.
Arrange and coordinate company transport for workers to and from construction sites.
Monitor vehicle usage and transportation schedules.
Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors and workers.
Monitor project progress, work schedules and site performance.
Handle workers' work-related matters and operational issues.
Coordinate site and office operations.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements.
Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience.
Experience in construction site operations and manpower management.
Experience in coordinating worker transportation and vehicle arrangements.
Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
Able to manage multiple sites and operational matters independently.
Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
