Senior Supervisor, Electric Systems Construction Design Standards Engineering

Primary Purpose
Coordinates multiple design projects and ensures compliance with technical and regulatory requirements. Drives operational efficiency and fosters team development to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises professional and technical staff across multiple projects.
• Develops routine operational plans for design activities.
• Ensures adherence to safety and regulatory requirements in all designs.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to resolve design challenges.
• Reviews and approves updates to design standards and specifications.
• Provides input on resource planning and cost management.
• Facilitates training and development for team members.
• Monitors performance metrics and implements corrective actions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Frequent, independent driving to meetings, company locations, field locations and/or active incidents sites while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance with traffic laws is essential to this position and cannot reasonably be accomplished via alternative transportation.
