Senior Supply Chain Management

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Supply Chain Management to manage and drive supply chain activities across customers, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong supply chain management experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or related industries, with the ability to work directly with international customers and suppliers. This role requires strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and execution skills in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, supply planning, material planning, inventory management, production coordination, and delivery management.
• Work closely with international customers to understand demand forecasts, build plans, production requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and internal teams to ensure material availability, production readiness, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor supply, demand, inventory, and capacity, proactively identify potential risks, and develop mitigation and recovery plans.
• Manage supplier and manufacturing partner performance, including capacity, lead time, supply availability, and delivery.
• Lead the resolution of critical and urgent supply chain issues and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive timely solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and other functions to support business and customer requirements.
• Support NPI, new product ramp-up, and mass production activities from a supply chain perspective.
• Provide regular updates to management and customers on supply chain status, risks, recovery plans, and key performance indicators.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
• Drive supply chain improvements to optimize inventory, lead time, cost, and delivery performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, planning, procurement, operations, or related functions.
• Experience in semiconductor / IC / electronics supply chain management.
• Experience with OSAT, IC assembly & test, EMS, ODM, OEM, or contract manufacturing environments.
• Experience working directly with international customers and suppliers.
• Strong customer-facing experience.
• Strong written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate directly with international customers and suppliers.
• Strong understanding of supply planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience supporting NPI and new product ramp-up.
• Experience with ERP / MRP or supply chain planning systems.
