Senior Supply Chain Specialist

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Technical Transfer (TT) Support

• Support Technical Transfer (TT) activities from the SCM and planning perspective during product

transfer.

• Coordinate supply, production and material planning to ensure material, inventory and master data

readiness.

• Work cross-functionally to address SCM constraints and ensure smooth transition of transferred

products into routine operations.

2. End-to-End Planning

• Manage E2E planning covering demand review, supply, production, material and inventory planning.

• Balance demand, production capacity, material availability and inventory to ensure reliable supply

and effective plan execution.

• Identify supply gaps and constraints, drive mitigation actions, and continuously improve planning

parameters and processes.

3. Daily SCM Operations

• Manage daily SCM activities, including production orders, material availability, inventory status and

supply execution.

• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse and Quality to resolve operational issues and

ensure manufacturing continuity.

• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement in daily SCM operations.

4. SAP & Master Data Management

• Act as a key SCM user for SAP-related planning, material management and operational processes.

• Maintain SCM master data, including material master, BOM and planning parameters, ensuring data

accuracy and completeness.

• Support SAP-related operational issue resolution and continuous improvement of SCM processes.

5. Inventory & Supply Performance

• Monitor inventory levels, coverage and consumption trends, balancing supply reliability and inventory

efficiency.

• Identify shortages, excess and slow-moving inventory and coordinate appropriate actions.

• Analyze planning, supply and inventory performance and drive continuous improvement.

6. Data & Digital Capability

• Use data and analytical tools to support planning and operational decision-making.

• Leverage Excel and relevant reporting or visualization tools to improve planning visibility and

efficiency.

• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate repetitive SCM activities.

7. Compliance

• Ensure SCM activities comply with GMP requirements, internal procedures and applicable regulations.

• Maintain accurate SCM records and ensure appropriate data integrity.

• Support relevant internal and external audits.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, Engineering or a

related field.

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning or manufacturing SCM operations, with solid E2E

planning knowledge.

• Experience in Technical Transfer, product transfer or NPI, as well as pharmaceutical/GMP

manufacturing, is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP; knowledge of SAP PP/MM/WM-related processes is preferred.

• Good understanding of MRP, inventory management, material master, BOM and planning parameters.

• Strong Excel and data analytical skills; experience with reporting, visualization or other digital

planning tools is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Good command of English as a working language
