The Senior Supply Planning Manager leads a team of individuals coordinated to own the development and execution of the supply plan for a specified segment within the Materials Management Organization. This role provides a supply response to the demand plan while considering the end-to-end supply chain capacity and coordinating action plans to mitigate gaps. Close coordination with the manufacturing operations teams as well as site materials teams, supply chain strategy team, and industrialization team are vital to manage an effective supply plan throughout the planning horizon.
What you’ll do
Create supply plan that utilizes the available capacity of the supply chain segment while aligning to safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets of the business.
Keep ERP systems and tools up to date and accurate to the current supply plan.
Partner with the demand planning, factory, purchasing and finance teams to facilitate alignment through transparent discussion and decisions.
Manage relationships with factories and value stream leaders to support execution and proactively solve problems with the supply plan.
Communicate constraints in the global supply chain segment that drive an imbalance in Supply and Demand and present alternatives with associated costs for management consideration.
Track all open or unresolved constraints stemming from the monthly supply review and drive the timely implementation of all approved action plans.
Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to develop, update, and maintain capacity models to facilitate a robust process for rough cut capacity planning.
Demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals/programs/processes for assigned scope.
Use experience and expertise to solve problems.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience
Major experience in manufacturing / supply chain
Significant experience specifically in material planning / scheduling function
Fluent English knowledge

Additional Notes:
For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $138,700 - $231,100 USD Annual.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This Senior Professional Band position is also eligible for a variable incentive bonus of 15%.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
