Senior Support Engineer - Mac and Windows

This is an opportunity for a seasoned IT support professional who can solve complex problems, support senior stakeholders and keep the business running smoothly, acting as a tech lead and mentoring junior staff.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver level 3 support across a mixed Windows and macOS environment.
• Troubleshoot Google Workspace, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Jamf and identity/access issues.
• Own escalations, prioritise competing demands and resolve issues independently.
• Provide hands-on device builds, troubleshooting and meeting room support.
• Support onsite events and executive stakeholders, delivering a first-class customer experience.
• Share knowledge and guide junior support team members.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven L2/L3 support experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows, macOS, Google Workspace, Entra ID, Intune and Jamf.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the confidence to take ownership.
• A customer-first mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• A practical, proactive approach — comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.
