The service offers residential support for five adults, including those with a learning disability, people on the autism spectrum, and individuals with mental health needs.

The service offers residential support for five adults, including those with a learning disability, people on the autism spectrum, and individuals with mental health needs.
We specialise in supporting individuals who may be stepping down from a hospital setting, have complex needs, or require behavioural support. Our aim is to support residents to gain the skills they need to live active and fulfilled lives in the community.
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents

- Lead and support a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Promote independence, dignity, and positive outcomes for the people we support.
- Supervise, coach, and develop support staff within a positive team culture.
- Ensure care plans, records, and practices meet regulatory and quality standards.
- Coordinate shifts, manage daily activities, and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals.

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred. Applicants with a minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) will also be considered, provided they are willing to work towards and achieve the Level 3 qualification within an agreed timescale following commencement of the role.
Due to resident activities, a full UK Manual driving licence would be beneficial for the role
