BT-394 – Senior System Administrator/Engineer Linux/Kubernetes
Location- Annapolis Junction, MD
Description:
- Team Member - Sr. System Administrator / Engineer - Linux
- Supporting high visibility mission environment. Supporting a software development / engineering project looking to productize their system.
- Duty hours are Monday - Friday. Looking for a 10a-6p shift preferred. The team needs to provide 6a-6p coverage across the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years experience as a Linux System Admin / Eng.
- Linux - (CentOS/RHEL) Linux admin experience. Kubernetes based environment. Red Hat Certification desired
- Kubernetes (K8's) experience; specifically tooling and container fundamentals needed. Experience with High Side / Classified networking is a major plus.
- Security + Certification; Kubernetes, BASH
Highly Desired:
- Python, Ansible, Salt, VMware experience, Agile, Dev Ops, Key Management / Encryption technologies
Other Desired experience:
- Storage
- Networking
- Security Compliance
- Authentication
- Physical Server Administration
- Currently holds or recently held SYS3 PRIVAC level desired. If SYS3 is not current, candidate will need to put in for SYS3.
