Senior System Administrator at Guardforce in Hung Hom, Hong Kong, planning and administering MS Windows Servers, hypervisors, IT infrastructure and networking for the company's internal systems. About the role
To manage IT infrastructure vendor and event and report to the senior management. The role involves planning, managing and administration of MS Windows Servers, Hypervisor, IT infrastructure and networking.
Key responsibilities
Plan, manage and administer MS Windows Servers, Hypervisor, IT infrastructure and networking
Provide IT infrastructure support for different systems
Security management and control of infrastructure and application systems
Perform server backup / restore operation, monitoring, planning, and implementation
IT security incidents investigation and response
System troubleshoot and performance tuning
Monitor systems (ManageEngine, AD360 Log360, OPManager) and capacity planning
Prepare and maintain system operation documents and reports
Assist with task and job assignment for daily support and project-based work
Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
About you
Bachelor or above in IT, Computing or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years relevant experience in System Administration / Infrastructure
Strong experience in Windows Server, Linux, Hypervisor
Hands-on experience on Firewall, MDM and CCNA preferred
Script manipulation on PowerShell, Exchange Management Shell, Bash, scheduled task preferable
Good communication skills to both technical and business parties
Able to work independently and proactively on projects with analytical mindset
Candidate with less experience will also be considered as System Administrator
