Senior System Administrator (Network Infrastructure/Cybersecurity)

Salary: $5,200 – $6,200 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, OneDrive and Teams.

• Administer Active Directory, user accounts, access rights and security policies.

• Manage Microsoft 365 security features such as MFA, Conditional Access, Defender and DLP.

• Support network infrastructure including firewalls and VPN connectivity.

• Provide IT support for Windows devices, Microsoft Office, printers and other peripherals.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues involving servers, networks and endpoints.

• Support Microsoft 365 deployment, migration and tenant administration.

• Perform system maintenance, patching, backup and recovery activities.

• Maintain proper IT documentation, system configurations and procedures.

• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

• 3–5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably with cybersecurity exposure.

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration and email systems.

• Good knowledge of Active Directory, Windows environments and Microsoft Office.

• Experience with network infrastructure, firewall and VPN is an advantage.
