System Analyst - Marketing Communication Automation

Job Description

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

• Ability to analyze business requirements, system behavior, production data, and Jira issues to identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Ability to assess data and system impacts across frontend, backend, and configuration layers.
• Ability to investigate integration issues between frontend and backend systems and coordinate with developers to ensure resolution.
• Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Project Coordination and Delivery

• Ability to prepare task lists, track issue resolution, and coordinate hotfix and release activities.
• Understanding of deployment processes across SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
• Ability to coordinate development tasks, monitor progress, and follow up with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to support release readiness, deployment coordination, and production issue management.

Communication and Collaboration

• Ability to translate business requirements and workflows into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with product owners, business stakeholders, system analysts, developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and integration partners.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working as a Systems Analyst, preferably in telecommunications, digital platforms, mobile applications, or enterprise system integration.
• Experience developing Flutter applications, with approximately four or more years of Flutter development experience preferred.
• Experience with backend technologies such as NestJS, Laravel, or similar frameworks.
• Experience working with TM Forum Open APIs, product catalogs, policy management, and API-based system integration.
• Experience analyzing end-to-end business journeys, including device purchases, package registration and changes, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), campaigns, trade-ins, after-sales care, cross-selling, and international roaming.
• Experience supporting production issue analysis, hotfix preparation, SIT/UAT testing, and production deployments.
• Experience collaborating with frontend and backend developers, QA teams, business teams, and external integration partners.
• Experience in telecommunications or mobile application projects, particularly AIS or MyAIS-related platforms, is an advantage.
• Experience developing AI-assisted tools for API catalog management, business journey documentation, change logs, and Jira issue tracking is an advantage.
  

Qualification

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Experience in requirements analysis, functional specification, and technical specification development.
• Ability to design and document frontend and backend solutions, including Flutter and NestJS.
• Proficiency in API specification, data schema design, data mapping, and system integration.
• Knowledge of integration components and technologies, including Enricher, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), MongoDB, and Redis.
• Familiarity with TM Forum Open APIs, particularly TMF620 (Product Catalog), TMF723 (Policy Management), and TMF783.
• Proficiency in system analysis and documentation tools, including Swagger, Postman, Draw.io, Camunda, Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Git.
