Senior System Analyst - Data & AI Platform

Responsibilities:

Data & AI Platform Management

• Manage and enhance the Enterprise Data Platform supporting BI, data science and AI workloads

• Monitor and optimize platform performance, reliability, scalability, security and cost efficiency

AI Data Enablement

• Partner with AI engineers and business stakeholders to define data requirements for AI, machine learning, predictive analytics and agentic applications

• Design data preparation and integration processes to provide trusted, high-quality data for AI solutions

Solution Analysis & Delivery

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution designs and architecture documentation

• Coordinate feasibility assessment, UAT, deployment and production support throughout the project lifecycle

Data Integration & Engineering

• Define ETL/ELT requirements and integrate data across ERP, CRM, Finance, HR, eCommerce and external systems

• Analyze data dependencies and troubleshoot data pipeline and integration issues

Data Governance & Quality

• Support Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks, including metadata, data lineage, business glossaries and data catalogues

• Ensure enterprise data complies with applicable security, privacy and retention requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred

• 5+ years of experience in System Analysis, Data Platform, Data Engineering, BI, or Analytics projects

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale data platforms

• Proven track record in stakeholder management and solution delivery

• Experience working with cloud technologies and modern analytics platforms

• Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert Databricks Certifications, Al-relatedprofessional certifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Language: English & Cantonese (including conversational Mandarin)
