Senior System Analyst translating business needs into functional and technical specs for digital banking channels (Internet/Mobile Banking, digital payments), producing UML and API designs while coordinating testing and project planning.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Partner with Solution Architects to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions.
- Bridge business stakeholders, development, and testing teams to ensure clear communication and successful delivery.
- Drive business process improvements and recommend technology-enabled solutions.
- Produce and review functional specifications, solution design documents, API specifications, and UML diagrams.
- Support project planning, including effort estimation, scheduling, and budget planning with the PMO.
- Coordinate SIT and UAT activities to ensure complete test coverage against business and technical requirements.
- Contribute to technology roadmaps and continuous solution optimization initiatives.
- Provide Level 2 functional support by troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards throughout project delivery.
- Manage small-scale projects independently and support other assigned initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.
- More than 8 years of solid experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience within the banking industry, particularly in Digital Channels such as Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, digital payments, customer onboarding, and self-service platforms.
- Strong knowledge of banking systems and application environments.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience in business process re-engineering and solution design.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
