Senior System Analyst
We are looking for Senior System Analysts to join a strategic transformation project in the corporate banking sector. The role focuses on shaping requirements, designing integrations, and delivering system-level specifications for a modern, API-driven platform built from scratch in a highly distributed architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse business requirements and
translate them into detailed technical and integration specifications
- Define and document REST/SOAP
APIs for interfacing with multiple systems
- Model processes and flows using
BPMN/UML in Enterprise Architect
- Prepare functional specifications
and guide developers during implementation
- Validate integration logic using
Postman, Swagger, SQL, SOAP UI
- Conduct system impact assessments
and support architecture reviews
- Collaborate closely with
developers, architects, product owners, and testers
- Provide functional support during
testing and acceptance phases
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
(Scrum)
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience as a System Analyst on large enterprise IT projects
(banking/fintech preferred)
- Proven track record in distributed architecture, API design, and system
integration projects
- Proficiency in UML, BPMN, SQL, and modelling tools (Enterprise Architect)
- Hands-on with REST and SOAP flows and related tools (Postman, Swagger)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex systems
end-to-end
- Polish fluency and English at B2 working level
Nice to have:
- With microservices and messaging platforms (Kafka)
- Background in secure mobile or web systems
- Familiarity with event-driven design, user story mapping, or event storming
- Knowledge of application architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD
