Senior System Analyst
We are looking for a Senior System Analyst to join a long-term corporate banking digital program within a regulated financial environment. The role focuses on analyzing complex business requirements, designing system and integration solutions, and supporting continuous development of a production-grade platform used by corporate clients. Strong experience with enterprise systems, integrations, and microservices-based architectures is essential.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements for
corporate banking processes
- Design functional and system solutions including
processes, screen mock-ups, and business rules
- Define and document integration designs using SOA,
Web Services, and REST
- Contribute to technical design within a
distributed microservices architecture
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance
standards for enterprise systems
- Prepare and maintain integration documentation and
API specifications
- Collaborate daily with developers, testers,
product owners, and business stakeholders
- Support UAT, integration testing, deployment, and
continuous improvement
- Participate in business
workshops as part of regular delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst
or Product Owner in IT projects
- Strong background in financial services or
electronic banking
- Practical expertise in requirements gathering and
functional analysis
- Solid knowledge of SOA, REST, and integration
testing tools (SoapUI, Postman)
- Experience designing microservices and documenting
REST APIs (Swagger, YAML)
- Very strong UML and BPMN skills with hands-on use
of CASE tools (Enterprise Architect preferred)
- Good SQL skills and experience in system modelling
- Ability to coordinate work across multiple
dependent teams
- Fluent English for professional collaboration
- Practical use of AI tools to support analysis,
documentation, modelling, or requirements structuring
- Experience with user story mapping and event storming
- Knowledge of distributed systems and modern
architectural patterns
- Familiarity with UX/UI concepts
- Relevant
project management certifications applied in practice
