SENIOR SYSTEM ANALYST (MALAYSIA)

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analysis and prepare proposals for system modifications and enhancements.
• Examine, design, and develop solutions according to system specifications, following development standards, maintenance practices, and best practices.
• Analyze use cases and requirements for validity and feasibility.
• Execute all levels of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide testing feedback, including debugging and issue resolution results.
• Collaborate closely with team members and other departments.
• Ensure developed tasks meet or exceed required standards and quality, and are delivered on time.
• Be end-user focused and goal-oriented, with keen attention to detail.
• Resolve end-user queries, recommend solutions, and provide user guidance.
• Deliver regular and customized training to the teams within the business organization.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• Must have good knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• At least 2 years of experience as a System Analyst, in software development, or in related fields is preferred for this position.
