Salary: HKD 48000 - 58000 per month
Summary:You will take lead and contribute to the end-to-end system development cycle, responsible for the technical design, development, integration and project management. Our client is a public organization that plays a pivotal role in Hong Kong's technology growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders closely to capture requirements and provide advices on application design & development
- Define the design of the applications, as well as the integration with other internal applications
- Liaise with external vendors on SDLC and project implementation
- Establish system documentation and user guides
Requirement
- Holder of Bachelor degree or above in IT/ related disciplines
- With 8+ years' relevant experience in application development role
- With practical hands-on experience in C#/ .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript
- Good understanding of application architecture, SDLC, programming languages and SQL databases
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Good stakeholder and project management skills
