(Senior) System Analyst (SSA/SA) - Mobile applications | Banking & Finance

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in system analysis, application delivery, or software engineering.
• Experience in banking, digital banking, payments, or financial services projects.
• Experience working with vendors and offshore development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience supporting business-critical or high-availability systems.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of application architecture, system integration, APIs, and enterprise application delivery.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, automated testing, and release management.
• Understanding of application security principles, vulnerability management, and secure software development practices.
• Experience with source control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, or equivalent platforms.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools.
• Knowledge of system performance, scalability, resiliency, and high-volume transaction processing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

(A) Mobile Application Specialization

• Experience delivering mobile banking or digital channel solutions.
• Experience developing, supporting, or integrating native mobile applications (iOS and/or Android).
• Familiarity with Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Vue.js, or related technologies.
• Understanding of mobile application architecture, authentication, security controls, and API integration.
• Experience managing application packaging, code signing, deployment, and release processes for Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD, automated build pipelines, mobile testing, and release governance.

(B) Backend Platform Specialization

• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with backend system integration and enterprise application delivery.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and distributed transaction patterns (e.g., Saga).
• Experience with relational databases, Redis, Kafka, MQ, or similar technologies.
• Experience in microservices adoption and legacy application modernization.

Language Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is an added advantage
