Senior Systems Analyst

We are looking for a versatile Senior Systems Analyst who combines strong analytical skills and development capabilities. In this role, you will be actively involved in implementation, support and also technical realization of solutions using development tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement and support applications needed by the various service units of the Organization.

• Assist in managing business requirements and project deliverables.

• Streamline processes and leverage on technology and automation to achieve operational effectiveness and improve productivity.

• Provide support and guidance to other IT Teams and junior members as and when needed.

• Be the key point of contact on application enhancements, implementations, and system support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

• Work closely with team, end users and vendors to deliver IT application system enhancements/projects within budget, timeline and with quality.

• Keep abreast of relevant IT trends and technological development, and evaluate new technology/solutions, assess for suitability, and make recommendations for potential adoption.

• Maintain system documentation, including policies & procedures, user manuals, and system configurations.

• Any other IT duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Recognized diploma / degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, preferably in Healthcare

• Experienced in implementing projects and interacting with stakeholders and vendors

• Strong in critical thinking and analytical skills

• A great team player and able to work well with other team members

• Able to communicate well and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and IT teams

• Hands-on experience in developing applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) or equivalent low-code/no-code tools.

• Experience with healthcare information systems such as Electronic Medical Records and other clinical applications would be an advantage
