• Core Responsibilities: Drives the modernization, execution, and ongoing support of mobile banking, payment systems, and digital channels. Leads end-to-end SDLC activities, requirement analysis, vendor collaboration, release management, and production issue resolution.

• Key Qualifications: Degree in CS, IT, or related fields; 8+ years of experience in system analysis, application delivery, or software engineering within banking or fintech environments.

• Technical Skills:

  • General: Architecture patterns, CI/CD, DevSecOps, APIs, monitoring tools, and secure coding standards.

  • Mobile Specialization: Native mobile tech (Swift, Kotlin), React Native, Vue.js, API integration, app packaging, and app store deployment.

  • Backend Specialization: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Kafka, MQ, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

Senior System Analyst/ Tecnical Lead (Corproate Banking/ Wholesale Banking mobile solutions)

Lead the technical architecture and delivery of Corporate/ Wholesale Banking mobile solutions, bridging traditional systems with cloud-native platforms while ensuring regulatory compliance (HKMA). You will oversee local and offshore teams to build scalable, secure banking applications.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience: Degree in Computer Science (or related field) with 10+ years in software development, including 3+ years in Java-related development and proven leadership of distributed/offshore teams.

Core Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in Java/JEE (Servlet, JSP, WAS/WebLogic) alongside frontend mobile technologies like HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+), and React Native.

Cloud & Middleware Expertise: Strong practical experience with Alibaba Cloud and Alibaba mPaaS (Mobile Gateway, MDS, MAS).

Domain & Banking Knowledge: Background in Wholesale or Corporate Banking workflows (e.g., Payments, Trade Finance)

Systems Analyst – Wealth Management & Web Microservices

• Core Responsibilities: Manages IT project timelines, budgets, scope, and progress while serving as the primary liaison for stakeholders.

• Key Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; 7+ years of experience in IT projects.

• Technical Skills: Java, J2EE, Web development, front-end technologies, microservices development, and Wealth Management domain expertise. Agile project management experience is a plus.

Systems Analyst / Senior Systems Analyst – Core Banking & System Development

• Core Responsibilities: Oversees system analysis, test planning, Proof-of-Concept (PoC) setups, and production support for core banking applications.

Systems Specialist – Web & Mobile Applications (SA / AP)

• Core Responsibilities: Develops and maintains web-based and mobile banking systems, database designs, and interactive front-end interfaces.

• Key Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; 4+ years of software development experience.

• Technical Skills: Java, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, database design, and knowledge of online or mobile banking systems.

System Analyst – Identity Management & Solutions

• Core Responsibilities: Translates business requirements into detailed system designs, leads and mentors developers, performs hands-on programming and testing, and provides ongoing technical support for fintech and digital signing projects.

• Key Qualifications: Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related fields; minimum 4 years of backend/web development experience using Java-related tech.
