Job Description & Requirements

Core Responsibilities

  • System Design: Design high-level architecture blueprints and technical documentation covering data flow, security protocols, and component interactions.
  • Business Alignment: Translate business goals into technical requirements, conducting cost-benefit and risk analyses for technology investments.
  • Technology Evaluation: Research emerging technologies to create and maintain an organization’s technology roadmap and future development.
  • Technical Mentorship: Advise and mentor engineering teams, guiding them in the execution of design specifications, troubleshooting, and code quality (e.g., refactoring).
  • Integration & Security: Architect solutions requiring the integration of multiple platforms, clouds, or operating systems while enforcing cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Typically 6+ to 10+ years of experience in system architecture, software/hardware engineering, and enterprise systems.
  • Technical Acumen: Deep, hands-on knowledge in areas such as cloud infrastructure, distributed computing, and enterprise integration technologies (e.g., Java EE, Python, Docker).
  • Leadership Skills: Strong project management, communication, and situational awareness to align cross-functional teams with organizational objectives.
