Job Description: “Senior System Engineer (PLC Programming, Maintenance & Troubleshooting)”

Role Overview:

Senior System Engineer (PLC Programming) - Lead our integrated team

We're building a System engineering group for container crane and industrial automation, and we need an experienced PLC programmer who can lead projects and grow into leading the division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, program, commission and troubleshoot PLC-based control system.

• Lead modernization and retrofit projects for cranes and industrial plants, from design to handover.

• Work with VSD/Inverter and drive system as part of the full control solution

• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians

• Support customers on site locally and overseas

• Prepare technical documentation/report.

ADVANTAGE
Experience with drives, HMI/SCADA, or crane and port automation

Technical Requirements & Qualifications:

Education
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent)

Experience
Minimum 5 years of hand-on PLC Programming experience, with a proven record of delivered projects.

Experience leading or running projects, with the potential to lead a team

Willing to be on-call and deploy locally/overseas at short notice

Valid driving license
