Key responsibilities:

  • Utilize working knowledge of healthcare-related databases, ObjectScript, and healthcare applications to ensure seamless system operations.
  • Apply experience in the .NET framework to contribute to the development and enhancement of systems.
  • Employ working knowledge of data extraction techniques and participate in report development for valuable insights.
  • Leverage familiarity with Crystal Reports to generate comprehensive and informative reports.
  • Manage and maintain Oracle Database and MS SQL Database for efficient data management and system functionality.
  • Check script related to reports and address issues reported by users on custom reports, automated tasks, extraction reports, etc., developed by the team.
  • Access Windows Servers to install necessary applications, modify registry keys, and manage application services.
  • Troubleshoot minor issues on custom development in ASP.NET (VB, C#).
  • Run queries in SQL and Oracle databases to extract and update data.
  • Create and modify Crystal Reports.
  • Address application-related issues and enhancements requested by end user departments, provide workarounds, or coordinate with relevant parties (other ICT teams) to resolve requirements or issues.
  • Offer effective communication, remote technical support, and manage changes such as patches, updates, or new implementations as the Application Focal Point.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related Engineering/Business field.
  • Strong knowledge of networks, systems, desktop applications, and databases.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes.
  • Expertise in remote technical support roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytic skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Minimum 9 years of progressive and directly related experience.
