《Responsibilities》
1. Operate, maintain, and enhance the security of M365, Active Directory, Hybrid Exchange, mail archiving, Skype for Business, FTP, and related enterprise systems.
2. Perform Windows system operation, administration, and basic troubleshooting.
3. Maintain and manage Zabbix monitoring and system performance.
4. Coordinate, plan, and execute system administration projects, including cross-functional and cross-site initiatives.
5. Develop scripts for operation automation and system maintenance.
6. Evaluate the adoption of AI technologies in IT operations and infrastructure management.
7. Collaborate with Delta headquarters on system integration and joint IT projects.
