Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to manage and support enterprise Windows infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environments. The role involves administration, security, automation, troubleshooting, cloud platforms, and ensuring high availability of critical systems across hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support Windows Server environments across on-premises and cloud platforms.
Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and Microsoft 365 services.
Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
Perform server patching, security hardening, vulnerability remediation, and access management.
Develop PowerShell scripts and automate operational tasks.
Monitor system performance, availability, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, security, and performance issues.
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational reports.
Collaborate with cloud, network, security, and application teams on infrastructure projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in Windows Server administration and infrastructure support.
Strong experience with Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and Microsoft 365.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
Knowledge of VMware, Azure, AWS, backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure monitoring.
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
Microsoft, Azure, VMware, or ITIL certifications.
Experience supporting enterprise or regulated environments.
