Description

【Role Overview】
As a vital member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for the comprehensive validation of our Wi-Fi management ecosystem, including Access Points (AP), Wireless Controllers, and Network Management Systems (NMS). You will go beyond individual device testing to focus on complex system integration, large-scale network topologies, and end-to-end performance to ensure a seamless user experience.

【Key Responsibilities】
1. System Integration Testing (SIT): Design and execute comprehensive test plans for Wi-Fi management systems, focusing on the integration between AP-to-Controller and Controller-to-NMS layers.
2. Wi-Fi Performance & Protocol Validation: Conduct scenario-based testing for critical Wi-Fi features such as Roaming, Band Steering, and Load Balancing under high-density environments.
3. NMS Platform Operations: Verify core Network Management functions, including Auto-discovery, Dynamic Topology mapping, Fault Management (Alarms), and large-scale Batch Firmware Upgrades.
4. Issue Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Utilize packet analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, OmniPeek) to identify root causes of system anomalies and collaborate closely with the R&D team to track and resolve bugs.
5. Test Automation Development: Develop and maintain automated test scripts (e.g., Python, Selenium, Pytest) for regression testing to improve efficiency and release velocity.

【Basic Qualifications】

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in network communication product testing (SIT/System Testing).
  • Technical Knowledge: * In-depth understanding of IEEE 802.11 protocols (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7) and security standards (WPA2/WPA3).

o Proficiency in L2/L3 networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, STP, SNMP, MQTT).

  • Tools: Expertise in Wireshark for packet capture and traffic analysis. Familiarity with traffic generators (e.g., IxChariot, Spirent, VeriWave) is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, or a related field.
