Senior System Integrator (Warehouse Automation)

Salary: ฿50,000 – ฿68,000 per month

About the role

Design and propose software solutions for warehouse automation systems, including AS/RS, sorting systems, Automated Mobile Robots (AMRs), and robotics. Perform system integration activities and support technical specification reviews for regional group companies in Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key responsibilities

• Design and propose software solutions for warehouse automation systems, including AS/RS, sorting systems, Automated Mobile Robots, and robotics

• Prepare cost estimates, technical specifications, and proposals, and clarify project scope with customers

• Perform system integration activities, including system setup, testing, troubleshooting, and Customer Acceptance Testing

• Prepare cost estimates and proposals for maintenance agreements and system renewal projects

• Support technical specification reviews and system integration activities for regional group companies in Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia

• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation

• Travel domestically and internationally as required for project support

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Logistics, or a related field

• At least 3–5 years of relevant work experience

• Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing for business communication

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required

• Experience in warehouse automation, AS/RS, or system integration

• Knowledge of database systems, PLC communication, and software-hardware integration

• Experience in technical specifications, cost estimation, or pre-sales activities

• Own car and a valid driving license are preferred
