Senior System Support

Requirements

• Degree / Associate Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent

• 6-8 years relevant experience in IT networking and infrastructure

• Solid experience in system administration, server and configuration

• Experience in Exchange Server, Active Directory and Veeam backup

• Proficient in virtualization platform, LAN, WAN, VPN and Fortigate Firewall

• Certificate holder of CCNA, MCSE and MCITP would be a great advantage

• Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin

• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Handle the configuration and IT operations including network and system support

• Perform system infrastructure and network administration such as setup and maintain

• Responsible for network & telecommunication solutions with internal users and vendors

• Monitor the network system, Exchange email system, AD file server, VM and SAN storage

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on daily operations and network solutions

• Support on technical problem solving for end users and ad hoc projects as assigned
