Senior System Support

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computing, IT or related disciplines

• 7-8 years working experience in IT infrastructure and system support

• Experience in network and server, performance tuning and troubleshooting

• Familiar with Exchange Server, Active Directory and virtualization platform

• Hands-on experience in VPN, LAN, WAN, Firewall and Cloud Service

• Good command of English and conversational Putonghua

• Holder of MCSE, MCP, MCITP, CNNA certifications

• Immediate available is a great advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operational support for server and network infrastructure

• Handle the installation, configuration and maintenance of IP network equipment

• Responsible for monitoring network performance and resoling connectivity issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on daily operations and network solutions

• Ensure the IT network infrastructure meets compliance and security standards

• Assist in developing and implementing IT projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned
