Position Title: Senior Systems Administrator

The company facilities currently includes:
• 29 retail locations throughout Indiana, primarily concentrated within the Indianapolis metropolitan area
• One corporate office that also houses an optical manufacturing laboratory

Expected Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with on-call and after-hours rotation as required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers and network systems.
  • Oversee and optimize organizational network operations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to internal employees.
  • Manage virtual host environments (Hyper-V, VMware).
  • Configure and maintain Windows Failover Clustering (2019-2022).
  • Administer and support Microsoft Entra, O365, and Exchange Online.
  • Implement and manage backup technologies (e.g., Veeam, Cohesity, Rubrik).
  • Leverage PowerShell scripting for automation and system optimization.
  • Collaborate with leadership and end users to identify and address technical needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Systems Administrator.
  • Proficiency in managing firewalls, wireless access points, and L2-L3 switch configurations.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
