Salary Range: $90,000 - $93,000

About the Role
Integrity ISR is seeking an experienced and mission-focused Senior IT Systems Analyst to support critical Air Force ISR operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for administering, monitoring, maintaining, and securing enterprise IT environments while ensuring operational readiness and compliance with Department of Defense cybersecurity requirements.
This position supports the deployment, administration, and management of Windows and Linux systems, enterprise security tools, and customer-furnished computing systems in support of national security missions.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Administration
- Administer and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems in enterprise environments.
- Perform system installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and performance tuning.
- Ensure system availability, reliability, and operational effectiveness.
Cybersecurity & Information Assurance
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Host Based Security System (HBSS) capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity, information assurance, and security requirements.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity personnel to maintain secure system operations.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Provide technical support for system operation, restoration, and configuration activities.
- Support end users in resolving complex technical challenges.
Account & Configuration Management
- Establish, administer, and maintain user accounts and access controls.
- Manage system configurations and maintain configuration management documentation.
- Recommend hardware and software upgrades to improve operational effectiveness.
Documentation & Process Improvement
- Develop and maintain operating procedures, technical documentation, and system guides.
- Ensure accurate tracking of system changes and maintenance activities.
- Assist with the development of operational best practices and process improvements.
Operational Support
- Support special projects, mission exercises, and operational events as required.
- Participate in periodic shift work when mission requirements dictate.
- Work independently to achieve objectives that directly impact mission success and operational outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience administering Windows and Linux systems
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Security+ or equivalent)
- Experience supporting Air Force ISR operations
- Experience working with Air Force systems, applications, and databases
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal

- AWS Solutions Architect training or certification
- Experience supporting Air Force ISR units
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Server+
- Experience supporting mission-critical DoD environments
