About the role

🚀 We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator (VMware & Network Infrastructure) (M/F/X) to join a strategic international project.

What you'll do

• Participate in the integration of telephony and videoconferencing infrastructures.
• Administer and evolve VMware platforms and virtualized environments.
• Execute infrastructure migrations and technical deployments.
• Manage virtual machines, access, and backup systems.
• Perform operation and maintenance tasks for corporate infrastructures.
• Analyze and resolve complex incidents in systems and network environments.
• Prepare incident reports, root cause analysis (RCA), and technical documentation.
• Collaborate in the definition of low-level designs (LLD).
• Validate implementations, technical tests, and integration processes.
• Work alongside international teams to adapt unified communications solutions to the local environment.
• Drive continuous improvements in technological services and infrastructures.

What we're looking for

• VMware v7/v8 or higher.
• Experience in physical to virtual infrastructure migrations and between virtualized environments.
• Systems administration, access management, and backup platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and NTP.
• Experience in infrastructure and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of WAN/LAN, VLAN, Routing, QoS (DSCP), and Firewalls.
• Experience in support and maintenance of corporate technological infrastructures.
• Preparation of technical documentation and incident analysis.

How you'll work

Location: Madrid
Modality: 100% On-site (Monday to Friday)
Schedule: 09:00 to 18:00
Experience: Minimum 5 years in systems and infrastructure administration.
English: B2 mandatory (oral and written). The interview and a large part of the work will be conducted in English.
