As a Senior Systems Analyst / Business Solution Consultant you will design, implement and manage enterprise technology solutions that support critical business functions.
This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and third-party vendors to translate business requirements into practical, scalable and compliant technology solutions.
You will play a key role in improving existing systems, delivering new capabilities, managing cloud/SaaS solutions and ensuring technology continues to deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement technology solutions that align with business requirements, technology standards and organisational objectives.
Manage enterprise applications and systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, releases and ongoing performance.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities and deliver continuous improvements.
Manage vendors and SaaS/cloud platforms, including product roadmaps, releases, service performance and implementation activities.
Ensure technology solutions meet governance, risk, compliance and legislative requirements, supporting audit and assurance activities.
Key Skills
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into effective technology solutions.
Strong technical understanding of at least one commercial ERP or enterprise application platform.
Experience designing application solutions and understanding system interfaces and integrations.
Demonstrated experience managing, implementing or supporting cloud-based enterprise applications and SaaS products.
Experience with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, TechnologyOne, Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow or similar enterprise applications will be highly regarded.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, work with technical teams and manage third-party vendors.
