About the role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Systems Analyst (SA) to join our team on System Development Project (BPP / iMaster / iGarantee). You will report to the Project Manager / Technical Lead, and collaborating with BA, Programmers, UX/UI, QA/UAT team, and users.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements together with BA and users, and translate them into functional & technical specifications.
• Design the system and produce design documents such as Use Case, Data Flow Diagram, ER Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Screen/Field Specification, Business Rules, and API Specification.
• Design the database structure (Microsoft SQL Server) and data model to support all three systems.
• Establish and maintain the Common Design standard so all screens/modules follow a consistent approach.
• Design integration with internal systems and shared services, including data migration planning if applicable.
• Review development work to ensure compliance with specifications and standards, and control design quality.
• Support the development team in resolving technical issues and participate in system testing (SIT/UAT).
• Apply AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT / Claude / Microsoft Copilot) to help analyze requirements, perform root cause analysis, verify specification completeness, and accelerate documentation.
• Assess the impact of changes (Impact/Change Request) and provide effort estimation.
• Prepare deliverable documents by milestone and transfer knowledge to the team and users.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in System Analysis & Design.
• Experience in at least 1–2 large-scale, end-to-end system development projects in the SA role.
• Ability to produce SDD/FSD, UML, and data models completely and clearly.
• Strong relational database design skills and proficiency in SQL/T-SQL (Microsoft SQL Server).
• Understanding of modern web application architecture (C# .NET backend, React frontend, REST API, Service/Microservices).
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills; able to work within timelines/milestones.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with procurement systems (e-Procurement) or government/state enterprise systems.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and ERP systems.
• Experience with the Waterfall (SDLC) methodology and milestone-based delivery, as well as Agile/Scrum, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma.
• Knowledge of system security and secure API design.

The project is complex with many issues to analyze and resolve; therefore, candidates who can effectively use AI tools to enhance analysis and problem-solving are preferred.
• Use Generative AI / LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to help analyze requirements, summarize documents, and verify design consistency.
• Prompt engineering skills to obtain accurate, reliable, and usable results.
• Use AI to help analyze data/logs and perform root cause analysis to propose solutions quickly.
• Assess the suitability, risks, and limitations of applying AI, and always review AI outputs before use (Human-in-the-loop).
• (Preferred) Understanding of how to leverage AI/ML or AI APIs within the system.
