What you’ll do?

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you’ll be the primary technical lead and continuity point across Jamf and Microsoft Intune, helping manage, stabilise and improve a complex end-user device environment spanning Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS and Android. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of technical issues, complete outstanding remediation work and help strengthen the performance, management and security of the device fleet. Experience with Entra ID and conditional access, PowerShell or shell scripting, automation, endpoint security, Android Enterprise or cyber incident response would be highly regarded.

• Administer and improve Jamf and Microsoft Intune environments across Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS and Android.
• Review and remediate device enrolment, provisioning, configuration profiles, management policies and deployment workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across device management, application delivery, endpoint performance and user experience.
• Support application packaging and deployment across the managed environment.
• Manage OS updates and patching across multiple platforms.
• Review and improve endpoint security configurations and device compliance policies.
• Complete technical handovers and bring together outstanding issues and partially completed workstreams.
• Recommend improvements across endpoint hardening, device lifecycle, automation and the wider EUC environment.

What you’ll bring?

• Strong hands-on experience administering Jamf Pro across macOS, iOS and iPadOS.
• Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune across Windows and Android environments.
• Experience with device enrolment, provisioning, configuration profiles and compliance policies.
• Experience managing OS updates and patching across end-user devices.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security hardening and device compliance.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and take technical ownership.
• Experience taking over existing environments, completing technical handovers and resolving partially completed work.

What else do you need to apply?

• Travel on-site to our client's site in the Central Coast.
• Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
