Senior Systems Engineer (Customer Site)

Description

Join us for a challenging, Hands On systems engineering role.

This position requires deep experience with complex systems, integration, and product development.

Responsibilities:

• Engineering Leadership: Lead the definition of system requirements, architecture, and sub-system interfaces.
• Integration: Manage and integrate hardware, software, electronics, mechanics, and systemic processes.
• Testing & Validation: Lead Verification & Validation (V&V) processes, including performance testing and system qualification.
• Collaboration: Work closely with defense industries and IDF Ground Forces branches (NESA, AMLACH, HATAL).
• Documentation: Manage engineering documentation throughout the entire system lifecycle – from requirements to a fully operational product.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in systems engineering of complex systems – Mandatory.
• Familiarity with sensors, communication, and control systems – Mandatory.
• Ability to lead cross-functional tasks while diving deep into the technology – Mandatory.
• Experience in AFV (Armored Fighting Vehicles), defense, protection systems, and integrated platforms – Significant Advantage.
• Experience working with IDF Ground Forces – Significant Advantage.
