Senior Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide installation, setup, testing, maintenance, and after-sales service of cyber security product to customer by SLA.

• Present and demonstrate assigned products and solutions to partners (SI) and end-user customers.

• Provide pre-sales technical support and assist the sales team in responding to technical inquiries.

• Help partner and customer to investigate and troubleshooting issue.

• Provide POC or POV of cyber security product to customer.

• Provide technical training to partner and customer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pre-sales, Solution Design, System/Network Engineering, or related IT roles.

• Knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts and technologies (e.g. Network Security, Endpoint, SIEM, Cloud Security, or Firewall) is required.

• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in preparing RFP, TOR, BOQ, or technical proposals is an advantage.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
