Senior Systems Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior IT Specialist on behalf of our client to design, implement and maintain IT infrastructure for one of their major customers. This role is dedicated to supporting a large construction client with over 1,000 users across Australia.

Our client provides a wide range of services, including managed IT support, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and IT consulting. Their expertise spans multiple industries, including construction, mining, real estate, medical, not-for-profit, law, accounting, and finance. They have also been recognised multiple times in the CRN Fast 50 list.

The Role:
  • Supporting a large enterprise environment, primarily remote with some on-site work as needed.
  • Designing and managing M365 environments (SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Intune).
  • Troubleshooting networking issues and handling some ticketing systems.
  • Monitoring system performance, identifying issues, and implementing effective solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a Managed Service Provider.
  • 5+ years in system engineering, IT infrastructure, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of M365 environments, networking, and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to support a fast-paced business environment.
