Senior Systems Engineer, TS/SCI w/Poly
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements, concept of operations (CONOPS) documents, and high-level system architectures to develop comprehensive system requirements specifications.
- Analyze system requirements and lead system design and development activities.
- Guide users in defining and refining requirements, advise on alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies to support effective technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership in the integration of requirements, system design, and emerging technologies.
- Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations while ensuring alignment with established technical and operational objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture and system design documentation.
- Guide system development and implementation planning through the assessment and preparation of Systems Engineering
- Management Plans (SEMPs), system integration plans, and test plans.
- Interface directly with the Government on Systems Engineering technical considerations, including associated problems, issues, and conflicts.
- Maintain ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables within the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with program personnel, Government stakeholders and overseers, and senior executives to communicate technical considerations, status, risks, and solutions.

Qualifications
- Twenty (20) years of Systems Engineering experience on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity, with demonstrated expertise in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited institution; in lieu of a degree, an additional five (5) years of relevant Systems Engineering experience may be substituted.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph.
