Senior TA Operations Specialist

You will own and configure the talent acquisition technology stack, including ATS workflows, user access, integrations, and incident response. You will design and deploy AI agents and automation, manage the systems roadmap and vendors, lead AI governance and compliance reviews, and deliver recruiter enablement and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end configuration of the talent acquisition technology stack, including ATS stages, fields, picklists, scorecards, user access, and permissions
  • Manage tool configuration, maintenance, and core setup across the technology ecosystem
  • Own integrations across the talent acquisition stack, including build, monitoring, incident response, and escalation for errors and outages
  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation workflows for recruiter-facing and enterprise talent acquisition use cases
  • Own automation architecture and workflow mapping across the talent acquisition infrastructure layer
  • Lead AI proposal triage by assessing feasibility, process impact, and candidate experience implications
  • Drive prompt engineering, model management, and performance monitoring for deployed agents
  • Lead the talent acquisition systems roadmap, including evaluation, RFPs, and technology stack planning
  • Manage vendor relationships for talent acquisition technologies
  • Lead legal and security reviews for AI tool proposals
  • Develop business cases for new AI tool investments
  • Own the AI governance framework and policy for talent acquisition, including bias auditing and fairness reviews
  • Lead data privacy and security compliance reviews for AI tools
  • Build and deliver AI-specific enablement curriculum and adoption programs
  • Author and maintain AI-specific documentation, playbooks, and SOPs
  • Contribute AI agent performance data to talent acquisition dashboards and own AI performance reporting

Requirements

  • Experience owning and configuring enterprise ATS platforms and HR or talent acquisition technology stacks, including stages, fields, integrations, and user access management
  • Experience building and deploying AI agents or automation workflows in an enterprise environment
  • Understanding of prompt engineering, LLM behavior, and model performance monitoring
  • Experience managing integrations across platforms, including diagnosing and resolving integration failures
  • Familiarity with AI governance, bias auditing, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience in recruiting operations, HR technology, or a related domain
