Senior -Talend Support Consultant/ Developer
Salary: ₱120,000 – ₱170,000 per month
About the role
As a member of the Integration & Distribution Competency Center, the Talend Consultant, Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise integration solutions using the Talend platform. This role focuses on delivering scalable, reliable, and high quality integration solutions across diverse business and technology environments while ensuring adherence to integration standards, architectural best practices, and governance frameworks. The successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of integration initiatives, support business and IT stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across integration processes and platforms.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Talend integration solutions, interfaces, and data workflows
Support the implementation and delivery of enterprise integration projects
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions
Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation documentation
Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery activities
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver integration solutions
Perform unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and defect resolution
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration jobs and workflows
Provide application maintenance and production support, including incident investigation and resolution
Ensure compliance with integration standards, security requirements, and development best practices
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware technologies
Hands-on experience developing and supporting Talend integration solutions
Strong knowledge of Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud platforms
Solid understanding of enterprise integration concepts, architecture patterns, and best practices
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments
Strong experience with Java, SQL/PL SQL, and scripting technologies
Experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar platforms
Experience integrating enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
