Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Data Center) - Bilingual Japanese & English | 1-Year Contract

As a Talent Acquisition Manager within our Data Center team, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities to support the growth of our Data Center business in Japan. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position requiring close partnership with hiring managers and business leaders to attract and hire top talent.

Experience Hire

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process by direct sourcing as well as agency management
• Build the pipeline of candidates to fill vacancies and support future hiring needs within the Data Center business
• Develop interview protocols by accurately tracking applicants and candidates, ensuring compliance and governance internally
• Perform reference checks and facilitate a smooth transition from the recruitment process to the onboarding process
• Act as a business partner to guide and advise stakeholders on hiring decisions through relevant market data and recruitment strategies
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders within the Data Center team to deliver recruitment solutions aligned with business objectives

Qualifications

• Experience managing the recruitment process end-to-end
• Preferably 5 years of recruitment experience within the construction, engineering, infrastructure, real estate, or Data Center sectors (agency and/or in-house)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English
