We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead senior-level recruitment while serving as a trusted Talent advisor across Colas Canada. This role combines executive recruitment, early talent development, and employee lifecycle leadership, helping strengthen Talent practices, build organizational capability, and enhance the employee experience across our diverse businesses.

- Annual Base salary range $85,000 to $105,000

What You Will Lead
Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate, professional, and leadership roles
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop effective search and hiring strategies
- Serve as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor, providing market insights, talent mapping, and recruitment expertise
Early Talent & Talent Pipeline Development
- Own Colas Canada's Early Talent strategy, including internships, co-op programs, campus recruitment, and emerging talent initiatives
- Build partnerships with educational institutions and industry networks to strengthen future talent pipelines
- Develop scalable programs that attract, engage, and convert high-potential early-career talent
Employee Lifecycle & Talent Excellence
- Champion the employee lifecycle by partnering with Talent, Learning & Development, HR, and business leaders to enhance talent experiences from attraction through onboarding, development, mobility, and retention
- Support employer branding, candidate experience, onboarding excellence, and internal talent mobility initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve Talent processes, tools, technology, and AI-enabled solutions that drive efficiency and stronger business outcomes
What You Bring
- 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience recruiting professional, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders across complex organizations
- Strong expertise in sourcing, talent mapping, pipeline development, and labour market intelligence
- Exceptional consulting, communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
- Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent analytics, and recruitment technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multiple business units or decentralized organizations
- Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, transportation, or industrial environments
- Experience leading talent programs, workforce planning initiatives, or centres of expertise
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
